Why can't I access songs included with my membership?
First, check that you are signed in with the email used for your membership. If access still looks wrong, contact us with that email, the song title, and a description of what you see.
Can I ask for a song that is not in the library?
Yes. Send us the song title and artist. We can note your request, but we cannot promise that every song will be added.
What should I do if I cannot sign in or reset my password?
Try the password reset option and check your spam folder for the email. If you still need help, tell us your account email and any error message; please do not send your password.
Can I get help with a lesson, and which topic should I choose?
Yes. Choose the lesson topic and include the lesson title plus the chord, strumming pattern, or step you are stuck on. For a question that does not fit another topic, choose general enquiry.
